Amazing customer service! I had trouble getting my order to process so I sent an email and within the hour I got a phone call from Derrick the owner who walked me through the process step by step to get my order placed and even sent a free gift. The shipping was super fast and the prices are great too! I highly recommend this company!
Been to shops all over the northeast and finally found a shop that understands and can help me find exactly what I needed! I am a first time customer and ordered from the website which is incredibly user friendly and easy to navigate. I also spoke with the owner over the phone and he is extremely nice and eager to help and answer any questions I had. I would say customer service overall is A+. My order was shipped the same day I placed it and came the next day carefully packaged in a discreet bubble mailer with cute stickers all over it. I also found that they included some gifts as a first time customer which is very much appreciated by me!
