Use roll-on only when necessary, so far, stopped therapie; mostly I used when trying to sleep and awaken with slight pain. So far, great. Use on knee, and across back. Thankyou

After using this product for two weeks, I have noticed a decrease in foot pain. The only thing is I have to use it consistently. If I don’t put it on at least twice each day it doesn’t work, so for me, it doesn’t have a residual effect. I have arthritis in my feet that makes standing and walking unbearable. I’ve been able to walk with a really big decrease in pain and therefore my days have been rather pleasant for a change. I’d give it chance if you want pain relief — just be consistent. It takes no time to roll it on. I let it air dry before putting on sneakers and then I go about my day with relatively less pain.
