Please carefully read and review this Delivery & Shipping Policy prior to purchasing any products through our website. This policy will apply to any order you place with us. 

What are my Shipping & Delivery options?

In-Store Pickup

In-Store and Curbside Pickup is available for all purchases. Pickups are available Sunday – Saturday from 9 AM to 9 PM. When you select In-Store Pickup for your shipping option, your order is typically ready is less than an hour. After your order is ready to be picked up, you will receive an email notifying you that your order is ready for pickup at your convenience.

Free Shipping

We also offer Free Standard Shipping for all orders over $49 as well as Free 2 Day Priority Mail Shipping for all orders over $99. 

Expedited Shipping

We also offer the following shipping options for all orders:

Priority Mail –

Cost is Calculated at Checkout

Estimated Delivery Time is 2 Business Days.

Priority Mail Express –

Cost is Calculated at Checkout

Estimated Delivery Time is 1 Business Day or Overnight if the order is placed on a business day before 2:30 PM EST.

*All delivery times are given in good faith but are estimates only.

How are Subscription Orders Fulfilled?

Subscription orders are shipped within 24 hours of the original purchase date and then for all recurring orders, your order is shipped within 24 hours of the payment date that you are charged. 

Do You Ship Internationally?

No, right now we only ship within the United States. 

Same Day Delivery Service (“Apothecary Delivery”)

We also offer same day deliveries to customers located within our delivery zone. This service costs $10 or if your order is over $99, then it is Free. With our Apothecary Delivery Service, during checkout (if your shipping address is withing our delivery zone) you can select “Apothecary Delivery” and you have the options to choose the date and time you want your order delivered. There is also an option to just select “As Soon As Possible” to get your delivery in as little time as possible.

What Happens if Item(s) in My Order are on Backorder?

In some situations, orders can be placed for products that are on backorder. In this case, we generally will ship the backordered items within 24 hours of the backordered items coming back in stock. 

If you have multiple products in your order and only some of the products are on backorder, typically we will ship all products that are in stock immediately and then ship the backordered items separately once they are off backorder.
