I’m blown away with this company. I’d never heard of them before. I had bought a specific tincture last year that worked amazing from a local smoke shop in my area(northeast Florida). Yesterday I googled it and was guided to this shop online and ordered it. Today I received an email notification saying it shipped and to my surprise they sent me 2 extra items. And then just now the owner texted my phone to say thank you and if I have any questions or anything to call anytime. I highly suggest ordering from mass apothecary. They are amazing!!

Hey You Want Better Customer Service, Look No Further

In the past I had some trouble adding a product to my subscription list, but I couldn't add the item. So I called up Derek Wilcox, boy, he went out of his way to help me and answer any questions that I had. Their products are always fresh. Awesome experience every time

This place is awesome. I’ve ordered three times from them and they always have fast shipping, great products, and they always put a nice little hand written note in the box thanking me for my order. Also every time I’ve ordered they have thrown in a little extra. Once it was some gummies and twice now a rice crispy treat. Love this place and wish I was local and could shop in person.
