When does the subscription end?
Every subscription is good till canceled. You can cancel at any time by going to your account page or contacting us directly.
How do I get started?
Go to any product page that shows the subscription option and select the “Subscribe & Save” option on that product page. Then select your delivery frequency, add the product to your cart, and complete checkout.
How do I update or change my payment method?
You can update or change your payment method easily by going to your account and selecting subscriptions, then you click the button that says change payment.
How is shipping handled?
All subscription orders are processed just like regular orders. When you first purchase a subscription, during checkout you will select a shipping method for the initial order and a shipping method for all recurring orders. You get the same shipping options for both your initial shipment and all recurring shipments. Orders over $49 will get free shipping on the initial order as well as free shipping on every recurring shipment.
Do I get to earn rewards on subscription orders?
Yes, you earn reward points on all subscription orders both initial and recurring. You earn the same number of points (5 points for every $1 spent) as you would for a one-time purchase but you get extra savings for doing a subscription as well, so it is a double win for you!
