What is the difference between pure CBD gummy’s 500 mg and pure CBD oil drops? Can I take them at the same time? Steve asked on 02/06/2024

Hello Steve! Thank you for your question. When comparing CBD gummies and CBD Oil Tinctures (drops), if they are both the same kind of CBD (for example - Full Spectrum or Broad Spectrum), then the only difference is the delivery method. The drops are taken sublingually where as the gummies are swallowed and processed through our digestive system. You can take them both at the same time. For most users, the most effective use is using a Full Spectrum Oil daily, as your type of daily supplement, and then using the gummies in conjunction with the oil and using them on an "as needed" basis.
