I rarely write google reviews, but Derek from The Mass Apothecary got in touch after my order went thru to check and see if i was familiar with the rather high THC (125mg) gummies i ordered before sending them out. He wanted to make sure i knew how strong they were before i got them so i didn't accidentally green out thinking they were weaker. Even though i failed to see the messages for a week and it delayed my order a bit, i have nothing but respect for that kind of customer service. Not to mention i got a couple freebies out of it, which he totally didn't have to do. I will be ordering from The Mass Apothecary again and recommending them to friends who order their CBD/THC online.I really can tell Derek looks out for his customers and i can see why The Mass Apothecary has five stars with 404 reviews.

The Mass Apothecary is going to be my new one-stop show for all CBD products from now going forward. Their website has TONS of products ranging from edibles to sublingual strips for all my needs. Derek and his fiance wrote me a personalized note in my order, gave me a coupon code for my new order and made sure I knew I was cared about as a customer.If you are thinking about ordering anything CBD online, check The Mass Apothecary out! THIS IS YOUR SPOT! If I could give 100 stars, I would! Anything I say is truly an understatement because the owners Derek and Corrin and this team are just incredible. I happen to stumble across them online when searching for a sleep aid and I couldn’t be more grateful to have found them! They are always quick to respond and so helpful. My husband and I own a business together and have taken lesson from them and their customer service because it is truly unmatched and so hard to come by- so thankful to have found them! Added bonus that they frequently extra little samples! You can tell they genuinely care and that’s the type of business I want to support all day long.
